Job Description for Accountant
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex QuickBooks operations for multiple client accounts
  • Perform advanced bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Assist with invoicing and payroll processing
  • Provide virtual assistant support for email management and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the fractional CFO to support high-level financial operations

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks, particularly in handling complex bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members remotely
