The Opportunity...In this role, you will play a key part in the management and maintenance of an individual book of business with an emphasis on increasing revenue, building relationships, and leveraging data to identify growth opportunities.   • The primary point of contact for all accounts in your book of business, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth
  • Onboard new accounts and set them up for success with our platform
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base
  • Ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives
  • Ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer base
  • Track various KPIs and performance metrics
What We're Looking For...
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership of your work
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Bonus Points...
  • P&C insurance industry experience
  • Health and/or medicare insurance industry experience
  • Sales experience
  • Data analysis experience
