This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Create and format menu signs for events using Canva, following provided text and design samples
- Prepare and customize client proposals using Word templates, ensuring professional formatting and layout
- Select appropriate images from the company’s portfolio for inclusion in proposals
- Perform basic calculations and highlight areas needing review in documents
- Manage and update client information securely and accurately
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the catering and event planning operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent document formatting
- Basic calculation skills and ability to flag items needing further review
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks, especially during busy periods
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with data privacy practices and handling sensitive information
Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
- Collaborate closely with the core team, including direct communication with management
- Potential for role expansion to include social media management in the future
- Operate within the client’s time zone to ensure seamless communication and task completion
