This is a remote position.Schedule:Monday to Friday; Full-time; 40 Hours per week; 9AM to 5PM Easter time.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with documentation and record keeping, including filing and data entry
  • Execute orders and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and other tasks as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to provide updates, gather information, or resolve issues
  • Handle tickets and requests from clients or suppliers
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients as required
  • Social Media Management for the brand

Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
