Proactively call leads using the provided dialer system.
Set up appointments for sales representatives, ensuring that the prospect meets the company's criteria.
Perform initial qualification of prospects over the phone, determining their interest and potential fit.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all notes and information are up-to-date in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and provide insights on potential client needs.
Handle objections and provide information to prospects in a clear and concise manner.
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.
Previous experience in a similar role or in telemarketing is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
A noise-cancelling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges and objections.
