Job Description
As an Appointment Setter in the janitorial services industry, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s business expansion. Your role is crucial in connecting our sales team with decision-makers in the commercial sector. You’ll leverage your persuasive communication skills to navigate through gatekeepers, qualify leads, and secure valuable appointments. This position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, directly contributing to the growth of multiple businesses in the cleaning industry.
Responsibilities- Conduct 80-100 high-impact cold calls daily to potential commercial clients
- Skillfully navigate conversations to reach key decision-makers
- Qualify leads effectively, ensuring a proper fit for our services
- Handle objections with finesse and turn them into opportunities
- Set 10-15 quality appointments weekly for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the in-house sales team for smooth appointment handovers
- Participate in performance-enhancing team meetings and training sessions
- Continuously refine your skills through ongoing development programs
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and appointment setting
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Quick thinking and ability to handle objections effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Comfortable with a high-volume calling strategy (80-100 calls per day)
- Ability to set and achieve weekly appointment targets (10-15 qualified appointments)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in cold calling and appointment setting
- Experience in cleaning industry preferred
