This is a remote position.Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Highlights:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Permanent remote work
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible schedule within AEST client working hours
Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements
  • Proven experience with Xero accounting software
  • Experience working with inventory management systems, particularly Cin7
  • Previous experience managing finances for Shopify or eCommerce businesses is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
