Our main goal is to learn from our customers and their specific needs, and subsequently convert those into fresh modules for our tool-stack. By doing so we streamline, consolidate and automate your complete event planning.

About the Role
As a Business Development Representative you’ll grow our business by qualifying and generating leads, advise and motivate based on value, customer knowledge and need. That means that you are responsible for building a strong sales pipeline of prospects across different countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
  • Work closely with other Azavista teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
  • Schedule appointments and demos for conferences and event departments
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Event Management product offerings/solution development skills
You are
  • Able to work in a fast-paced targeted environment and adapt quickly.
  • Goal orientated and can demonstrate proven success within previous roles

Requirements
  • 1+ year of successful experience in in/outbound, preferably in SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Additional languages will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS Start-up environment will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in working to a remote work-setting will be a plus.
  • 1-2 References are required.
