Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We’re now searching for a Client Success Operations Executive to optimize model (client) management and their audience engagement and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals in alignment with the board’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive operational improvements
Tweak the technology platforms to reflect operational metrics
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Provide technical support to the Client Success Manager
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
Drive innovation to maintain a competitive advantage
Lead efforts to scale operations to align with market demands

Requirements
- Proven track record of managing operations in high-growth environments

- Proven ability to manage and develop talent
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Digital nomads are a plus
- Must be a social chameleon with the X-Factor to be respected and accepted, and have the emotional intelligence to endear himself to all, even when being firm
