Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Associate for a temporary role supporting the Wyss Changemakers Program 2025, with the possibility of extension based on program needs and performance. The position runs from February to September 2025, with the opportunity to contribute to other partner programs beyond Wyss Academy as part of Goodwall's expanding initiatives. The role will focus on implementing communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, and managing participant interactions to amplify the program’s visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with communication guidelines across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Goodwall.

  • Draft and edit participant updates, newsletters, and program announcements.

  • Support in the creation of visual assets, including event visuals and promotional graphics (in collaboration with the design team).

Participant Engagement and Community Management:
  • Actively monitor and engage with the community, responding to questions and facilitating conversations.

  • Identify support prompts and ensure participants receive timely assistance within the app and in digital spaces.

Event and Program Support:
  • Attend live sessions, capturing insights and highlights for communications purposes.

  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure communication materials are prepared for key program milestones.

Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track social media engagement and provide regular reports on audience interaction and growth.

  • Gather participant feedback on communication effectiveness and propose improvements.

Work Conditions:
  • Temporary contract from February to September 2025, with the possibility of extension

  • Remote position with flexibility for occasional travel if required

  • Potential involvement in other partner programs within Goodwall's network

  • Reporting to the Program Manager and collaborating closely with the design/program teams

RequirementsSkills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in communications, social media management, or community engagement roles

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

  • Experience in social media content creation and scheduling tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Creative mindset with a focus on engagement and storytelling

  • Experience in multicultural environments and multilingual content creation is a plus (English, Spanish, French preferred)
