Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Ideas for Posts and Stories: Develop creative concepts and write scripts for social media content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s objectives and engages the target audience.
Ensure Relevance and Accuracy: Proofread and ensure the accuracy of all published materials, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Continuously Improve Content: Analyze content effectiveness (e.g., engagement, conversions) using analytics tools, and continuously seek ways to enhance it based on feedback and data insights.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing strategies and goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Develop Brand Voice and Content Strategy: Assist in refining the brand voice and contribute to the development of a content strategy that supports business objectives.
Serve as Chief Editor of the Website: Oversee all website content to ensure it is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s tone and goals.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Conduct regular research on industry trends and IT developments, incorporating fresh insights into content to ensure relevance and appeal to the audience.
Ensure Timeliness and Relevance: Regularly update all materials to reflect the latest industry developments, ensuring they remain relevant to prospective students and the IT field.
Requirements
Native German speaker with excellent written communication skills;
At least 1 year of experience in copywriting, with a portfolio showcasing work in marketing, social media, and content creation.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for creating content aimed at international audiences.
Proven ability to write compelling and selling marketing texts, including copy for advertisements, landing pages, newsletters, and social media.
Strong content creation skills, including generating ideas for posts, stories, and scripts for video content.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance in all published materials.
Knowledge of current industry trends, particularly in IT and education, with the ability to integrate new topics and insights into content.
Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with team members and other departments to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Experience in analyzing content performance (e.g., engagement, conversions) and making data-driven improvements to enhance content effectiveness.
Proactive approach to improving content quality and staying updated on trends and developments in IT and education.
Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Previous experience in an educational or IT-related environment is a bonus.
