Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) to support a life insurance agent. This role will focus on assisting with chat support, lead management, client communication, and training the agent on using GHL. The ideal candidate will also manage cold calling activities. Full training on the insurance industry and GHL system will be provided, though prior GHL experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing chat support and assist with customer queries.
- Import and manage leads, ensuring prompt and accurate entry into the system.
- Respond to client inquiries via SMS and facilitate communication between the agent and clients.
- Conduct Zoom or chat-based training for the agent on GHL usage.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
- Assist with general customer service tasks, including responding to emails or phone inquiries.
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) software.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable with virtual training tools and interacting with clients.
- Experience with cold calling and client outreach.
- Prior experience in customer support, virtual assistant, or sales roles is a plus.
