We are looking for a Director, Training & Development to join our Team!

The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Director, Training & Development includes:
- Develop and implement a training and development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and considers the organizational structure;
- Assess and evaluate business needs and priorities and own the training roadmap;
- Partnering with others to create new training programs and curriculum to help employees improve their skills and performance and to help our customers receive value from our products and services;
- Working within budgets to coordinate paid and unpaid training initiatives across the organization;
- Leading, and holding accountable those developing programs and delivering training;
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency;
- Establish metrics to measure the impact and ROI of training programs. Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed;
- Navigate and leverage the matrix structure in relation to owned programs and those owned by others (Product, Operations, Sales);
- Co-owning the revenue model for external training for customers;
- Develop certification process/requirements for internal training of staff.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, organizational development, learning and development, or a related field / experience;
- Proven experience in training and development roles, ideally from a B2B SaaS sector;
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies;
- Experience with learning management systems;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A highly collaborative approach;
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, with a demonstrated ability to influence others;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment;
- Experience leading in a matrix organization.
