This is a remote position.Work Schedule: 20 flexible hours per week with required availability to overlap with the UK timezone
About the Role:
RequirementsProven experience in email marketing, preferably with Klaviyo
Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
Ability to create compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions
Basic knowledge of Figma to work with templates/designs
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Availability to overlap with UK timezone (morning or night)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketer to take ownership of our email marketing efforts. Our Klaviyo account is set up, but it requires further optimization and ongoing management. Your role will be to set up effective email flows, run engaging campaigns, and ensure our email marketing strategy drives results.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up, manage, and optimize email flows in Klaviyo
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Segment audiences and personalize email content for higher engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies
- Collaborate with the team to align email marketing with overall business goals
- Use Figma (basic level) for email design or reviewing templates
