Email + SMS Copywriter and Content Strategist

We are seeking a creative and talented Email + SMS Copywriter and Content Strategist to join our retention team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy for Email and SMS campaigns and automations, as well as developing strategies for client content calendars. This position works primarily with the Email/SMS Strategist, Project Manager, and Designer to ensure goals and branding are both met throughout each step of the email/SMS process.

• Designing campaigns and automated emails while following brand guidelines
• Communicating with email managers and implementers for task fulfillment
• Collaborate with copywriters and email managers on overall email strategy
• Attention to detail on all assets created - double-checking spelling, alignment, and margins
• Keeping strong organization with creative files
• Researching new industry trends and ideas for improving design and layout skills

You are a highly creative and skilled copywriter with a passion for helping clients succeed through retention efforts. You are incredibly detail oriented and able to juggle multiple requests and prioritize your task list based on urgent needs. • Preference for Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of experience with email copywriting
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful email and SMS campaigns
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis to inform decision-making
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail, and flawless execution of all assigned tasks
• Experience in eCommerce is desirable but not required
