Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our client’s complex business structure, supporting multiple entities with crucial administrative tasks. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth operations across diverse business units. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various industries while developing your skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our client’s expanding business portfolio.


  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments across multiple business entities
  • Coordinate communication channels, making calls and sending emails to book appointments and follow up with clients
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks, adapting to the needs of different business units
  • Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently across various entities within the company
  • Support back-office operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization
  • Assist in special projects as needed, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills

Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Virtual Assistant or in similar administrative roles
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, communication, and task management
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Adaptability to handle tasks across different business sectors
  • Availability to align with New Zealand time zone
