Financial Analyst - Inventory/Reporting

Responsible for leading and managing the inventory audit process in addition to other processes related to Treasury and reporting.

• Accurately records a wide array of financial transactions
• Manage RtR Processes, functions and stakeholders; communicate and influence stakeholders to drive compliance
• Performs analysis and evaluation of an issue to drive business performance
• Analyze financial statements to assess operational performance; uses financial ratios and other tools
• Create and manage budgets and forecasts
• Align financial projects and business goals; creates detailed project plans and budgets; allocates resources
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Responsible for audit processes including effective management of auditor and/or schedules.
• Communicates financial information in concise language, tailored for the audience
• Drive change management using ADKAR methodologies
• Manages high peak times effectively, timely and professionally
• Contributes to a high-performing team with accountability, collaboration and inclusion

• 3+ years in related field
• General understanding of financial documents and processes including ledgers, sub-ledger processes and double-entry system
• Strong foundation in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards and currency exchange rates
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated; ability to work independently

• Full time, remote position
• When applicable, required to wear PPE, including but not limited to, safety helmet with chin strap, metatarsal boots, high visibility vest, safety gloves, hearing protection and safety glasses
