We are seeking a detail-oriented German Transcriptionist to join our team. The role involves accurately converting audio and video recordings in German into written text. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening, language, and typing skills, with a strong understanding of German grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.

• Transcription: Listen to audio and video recordings in German and transcribe them verbatim or as instructed.

• Editing and Proofreading: Ensure the transcriptions are accurate, clear, and free of grammatical or typographical errors.

• Time Coding: Add timestamps to the transcription, if required, for synchronization purposes.

• Native or near-native fluency in German, with excellent understanding of regional dialects and accents.

• Ability to type quickly and accurately while listening to recordings.

• Exceptional focus on precision and clarity in transcription work.

• Prior transcription experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and quality headphones.

• Multilingual abilities, especially in English, for translating and transcribing bilingual recordings.
