As the Global Partner Program Manager at 1NCE, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner engagement and scaling customer success by designing and implementing the evolution of the 1NCE Partner program. - Designing Partner Program: Spearhead the development of partner programs to ensure efficiency and cultivate positive relationships with business partners.
- Document and Process Maintenance: Design, enhance, and govern partner programs, including documentation and conducting business reviews.
- Accountability: Be accountable for the ROI and success of partner programs.
- Scalability and Partner Engagement: Own, leverage, and drive adoption of the 1NCE Partner Program to scale and increase engagement with partners.
- Experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience in global partner program design and implementation across various partner types and business models in the technology/business IT services sector, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding and experience within the IoT ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Expertise in designing and operationalizing partner programs for Managed Services, System Integrators, Consultants, Distributors, Managed Services and other partner types.
- Additional Skills: Deep expertise in supporting skill sets such as analytics, PowerPoint, building business cases, and business models leveraging competitive analyst research.
- Punctuality and Organization: Strong program management and organization skills, ability to work towards launch dates with key stakeholders.
- Prioritization: Comfortable managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Partner Management: Champion of partners and the partner experience; background working with resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) partners.
- Communication Skills: Solid negotiation skills and ability to engage senior executives, win the confidence of stakeholders and management, and professionally respond to a wide variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Salesforce; experience with any Partner Relationship Management tool is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Results-oriented, highly driven, and able to work independently. Sound business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. Flexible to travel when required.

There will be three online meetings :
- First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
