Does this sound like you?As our Global People Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be part of our Global People & Culture team and report directly to the Chief People Officer. As a team, collectively we enable the organisation, leaders and their teams to deliver our Purpose, of saving lives and creating a more sustainable future.
You will be responsible for managing and improving the strategic impact of the People & Culture function. You will collaborate with the People & Culture team, business leaders, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all dss+ employees throughout the employee life-cycle.
You will take ownership for designing, documenting and delivering our People strategy and processes related to the end to end employee life cycle. You will be a team player, who is able to manage stakeholders and deliver with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will work with our People & Culture Business Partners to understand the current processes, identify improvements, and be able to demonstrate a consistent, efficient approach to supporting the employee experience.

- Take a pragmatic, innovative approach to designing robust People processes, to optimise the employee experience and deliver strategic initiatives that support the short and mid-term goals of the function.
- Advance the way People & Culture delivers value to the firm, contributing suggestions, challenging the status quo with a “can-do” attitude.
- Build and lead innovative people strategies focused on enhancing the employee experience and driving business performance.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, promotions and offboarding to deliver a standard, consistent employee experience across the globe.
- Create and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the People & Culture priorities ensuring buy-in and adoption of change across dss+.
Here's what we think you might look like. You’re most likely looking to apply your existing knowledge of HR and People strategy in a professional services organisation, where you have the opportunity to design and create how things get done. You have extensive experience and knowledge and are looking to apply it in a firm where you can have a real impact to create something from the beginning. You’re comfortable with transforming and improving People processes and take stakeholder management seriously. You're a great listener—allowing you to understand the needs of the firm and HR team to deliver great processes.

We'd like to see:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Org Development or business. MBA, MS or more is even better.
- Professional with at least 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and at least five of these in consulting with designing and implementing end to end employee life cycle processes.
- Ability to utilise data and create visual dashboards to deliver insights and optimise decision making for the HR team and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to juggle many often competing priorities simultaneously.
- An active team player with strong organizational, analytical and project leadership skills, with an ability to influence.
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and resilience.
- Naturally great interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude, as we you will be leading and working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are a bonus.
