Key Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an experienced HubSpot Partner Account Manager to oversee and optimize their HubSpot partnership program and support for their external clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep HubSpot expertise, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot partner tier status, implementing strategies to achieve and maintain higher tier levels
- Oversee multiple client HubSpot portals, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and optimization
- Provide expert-level HubSpot support and consultation to external clients
- Monitor and report on partner program metrics and KPIs
- Implement best practices across all managed HubSpot portals
- Maintain updated HubSpot certifications and stay current with platform updates
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for HubSpot administration
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related queries for external clients and internal teams
- Minimum 3+ years experience administering HubSpot platforms
- Any current HubSpot certifications, including:
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- HubSpot CMS Certification
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
- Excellent understanding of Hubspot as an Administrator
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's partner tier program and requirements (ideally)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hubspot solutions Partner Certification
- Additional HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub Enterprise Implementation, Sales Hub Enterprise Implementation)
- Project management certification or experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Client-focused attitude with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Maintain or improve partner tier status through strategic program management
- Achieve high client satisfaction scores and retention rates
- Successfully implement and optimize HubSpot solutions across client accounts
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
