Job Description
As a Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the team in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, recruitment, and talent management. You will work closely with senior HR professionals to learn the fundamentals of HR practices, contributing to a positive workplace culture while assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.

Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Help with HR-related projects and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
