Corellium is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The inside sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving the company’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This individual must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving touch-point communications with new and existing customers in an effort to generate new sales and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails; Heavy emphasis on outbound calls.
  • Manage the trial approval/vetting process for Corellium.
  • Record detailed information in the company’s CRM database, Pipedrive; Keep customer account information current and up to date.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory; team up with Account Executives to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Handle inbound sales call volume and properly qualify and manage the follow-up of each call; Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Conduct market research for identifying key target customers; research accounts, understand customer needs, and access tools to generate interest.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Corellium services and be able to perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Preferred minimum of 4 years’ experience in inside sales
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent Time management and organizational skills.
  • Track record of over-achieving
