We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative & Appointment Booker to join our dynamic team at NOWCAST, innovators in no-code drag-and-drop app building technology. This unique role combines sales outreach with appointment booking responsibilities, offering the opportunity to drive business growth while developing valuable sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach channels including:

    • Conducting Software Demos via Zoom

    • Social media engagement and networking

    • Lead qualification and pipeline development

  • Schedule and coordinate demo appointments with qualified leads

  • Maintain precise records of all interactions within our Go High Level CRM system

  • Conduct thorough follow-up communications with declined meeting requests

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders for optimal coordination

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Continuously refine sales approaches and techniques

Requirements
  1. Experience & Background

    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferred

    • Proven track record in appointment setting or sales development

  2. Core Competencies
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal abilities

    • Self-motivated with demonstrated independent work capabilities

    • Proficient in Go High Level CRM systems and calendar management tools

    • Superior organizational and administrative skills

    • Resilient approach to handling rejection

    • Adaptable mindset for learning new technologies

  3. Technical Requirements
    • Reliable computer and stable internet connection

    • Webcam capability for product demonstrations

    • Basic technical aptitude for learning our platform
