The 3D Motion Graphic Designer will b responsible for creating visually compelling 3D motion graphics for various digital platforms. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality animations and visual effects that align with the brand’s creative vision. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic sense, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for animations and visual effects.
• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for use in digital media.
• Design and animate 3D motion graphics and visual effects for videos, advertisements, websites, and social media.
• Ensure all animations and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, and other 3D animation tools to create and refine animations.
• Stay updated on new software and industry trends to improve skills and techniques continuously.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, producers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to integrate motion graphics into broader multimedia projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project goals and deliver animations that meet or exceed expectations.
• Review and critique animations to ensure high-quality output.
• Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from team members and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D motion graphics design and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender).
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques, and visual effects.
• Excellent artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
