The Opportunity:

We are looking for a lead consultant with hands on experience required on SAP BO and BI to join our highly motivated team. Should have very good knowledge on developing customized reports and dashboards for Telco, OSS and FMS specific environment. The resource will act as service owner for SAP BO and BI system providing technical governance and also mentoring for resources support of the SAP BO and BI system. L3 resource will also coordinate with application leads of other integrated components and also with Infrastructure team who support the infra on which SAP BO and BI systems are deployed. As Service owner of SAP BO and BI, L3 resource will be required to keep track of response and resolution SLAs of tickets reported for SAP BO and BI domain.

• Should have very good knowledge on developing customized reports and dashboards for Telco, OSS and FMS specific environment
• Should be expert in PLSQL
• Detailed knowledge on reporting roles use Webi, Xcelsius and Crystal and its usages
• Detailed knowledge on CMC, Data Services, Designer Configurations
• Detailed knowledge on generating different types of reports from multiple sources
• Detailed knowledge in building queries, formatting and filters
• Detailed knowledge in Angular JS
• Detailed knowledge in scheduling reports
• Should have expertise in working on Linux/Unix environment
• Should have SAP BO and BI system performance improvement skills
• Should have knowledge on databases including Oracle/Postgre/MySQL and big database platforms like Hadoop.
• Should be able to do SAP BO and BI HA application
• Owns development skills and able to understand, troubleshoot, define solution based on languages such as Java, Python, scripting, Shell, Perl etc.
• Desirable to have understanding or experience of data analytics, AI/ML languages and technologies
• Desirable to have understanding or experience of container/cloud technologies: AWS, Kubernates, Redhat Openshift
• Should be able to write technical documents (ex: configuration guides, SOPs and troubleshooting documents with the steps to be followed to fix the issue and share with L1 and L2 team).

What you need to succeed:

• • Managing the existing reports in SAP BO and BI
  • Creating of new reports in SAP BO and BI as per customer requirements
  • Maintain integrations from different sources for reporting
  • Review SLA/SLO’s for breaching tickets for SAP BO and BI
  • Review reporting data on regular basis for data hygiene
  • Maintain 99.5% uptime for all SAP BO and BI instances
  • Troubleshooting and fixing any issues reported by L2
  • Should be able to work on Incidents / Problems / Change / SR till the closure
  • Collaborate with product support team in finding out root causes and getting hot fixes / patch installation implemented in the system
  • Prepare RCA documentation for critical issues
  • Plan and execute actions to avoid repletion of issues
  • System Performance analysis
  • Plan and execute actions to maintain and improve performance as per agreed thresholds / standards
  • Plan capacity augmentation
  • Perform ongoing changes
  • Build and maintain documentation as per executed configuration changes
  • Build and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, resolution and performing regular activities (SOPs)
