Heart & Sole is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in footwear and non commodity goods. We leverage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to streamline our operations and ensure timely delivery to customers. We are seeking an experienced FBA Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and inventory management processes.

Job Description:

The FBA Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics and inventory processes for our Amazon FBA business. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in inventory forecasting, shipment coordination, and compliance with Amazon’s fulfillment policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of inventory shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Develop and maintain an efficient supply chain strategy to optimize costs and ensure inventory availability.

Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and demand forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Ensure compliance with Amazon’s FBA requirements, including labeling, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to manage inbound shipments efficiently.

Analyze logistics data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.

Manage inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with Amazon fulfillment centers.

Track key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and storage fees.

Stay up to date with Amazon FBA policies, fees, and regulations to ensure continued compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably in an Amazon FBA environment.

Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA policies, and inventory management tools.

Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting using Excel, Google Sheets, or relevant software.

Experience working with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and global supply chains.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.

Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.

Preferred but not required Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management software (e.g., ShipStation, ScanPower, 2D workflow, Helium 10, Shopify).

Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.

Amazon FBA certification or relevant e-commerce logistics training.
