Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s digital presence and engaging with a discerning clientele. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, allowing you to showcase your skills across various digital platforms. You’ll contribute to the growth of an innovative, design-focused business by creating compelling content, managing social media, and supporting email marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging organic content for social media platforms, including eye-catching posts, reels, and accompanying copy
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic social media presence
  • Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture customer relationships
  • Support the setup and optimization of marketing funnels and automation processes
  • Contribute fresh, SEO-friendly content to the website (new page content & blogs), enhancing user experience and driving conversions
  • Provide light design support using tools like Canva, maintaining brand consistency across all materials
  • Collaborate closely with business owners to align all content with the luxury brand image and vision
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and conversions
  • Ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating social media content, preferably for luxury or home decor brands
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and familiarity with automation tools
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for a high-end market
  • Basic design skills and experience with user-friendly design tools like Canva
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work
  • Passion for home decor and ability to understand and communicate luxury product value
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small, dynamic team
