We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing our marketing operations, with a focus on daily management and troubleshooting, and assisting with longer-term initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with experience in marketing operations within B2B and SaaS environments, who excels at managing marketing technology, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

You will be a member of the marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team as well as liaise with members of our Revenue Operations department and other go to market stakeholders in the company.

• Assist in the set-up and management of marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics tools and other technology in our marketing stack.
• Aid in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
• Proactively identify, investigate, and address issues with our systems and processes whether you’ve uncovered items yourself or another teammate has elevated something to you.
• Attend to data integration, compliance, and governance needs. Conduct basic data clean-up and preparation for import into marketing automation and/or CRM systems using Excel, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Balance day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshooting with longer-term projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Act as a liaison between the marketing operations department and other teams or team members, understanding and clarifying requests to provide effective support and solutions.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure execution of various marketing initiatives.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for marketing processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B or SaaS business environment.
• Previous experience with a marketing automation platform is a requirement.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems if needed (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)
• Experience setting up, administering, and maintaining technology found in a typical marketing stack, such as pop-up tools, analytics, project management, etc.
• Excel skills for data clean-up, analysis, and preparation for system imports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks, balancing immediate needs with ongoing projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability and initiative to investigate and solve issues as they arise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and interpret the underlying needs of teammates and stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
