For our Strategy & New Business Department, we are looking for a New Category Trainee (f/m/x) to join our team and help us drive growth in new categories. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students, looking to kickstart their career in business strategy and is available full-time, as well as as a part-time opportunity (At least 20h/week).

• You have an educational background in Business or in a similar field
• You are highly driven, eager to learn, and always ready to take on new challenges
• You quickly pick up new skills and thrive when working independently
• You have a passion for connecting with customers and suppliers, always eager to engage and build relationships
• You excel in communication, effortlessly conveying ideas and collaborating with others
• You care deeply about making a positive impact on the world and are excited to join a team of like-minded colleagues
• You are fluent in English

• You engage with our customers to understand their needs and gather valuable insights
• You conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion
• You identify, contact, and close potential suppliers for our new category
• You support the team with various tasks, including listing products and other manual activities
• You contribute to the overall strategy and execution of our expansion plans
• You collaborate closely with stakeholders from different teams
