Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of the company, providing attentive service to customers via email and live chat channels. With a deep understanding of the brand’s mission, you’ll have the opportunity to brighten someone’s day while efficiently resolving inquiries with emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer emails and live chat messages
  • Provide friendly, empathetic support for product, order, shipping, and general inquiries
  • Identify situations requiring escalated assistance and route accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policies to deliver accurate information
  • Discern and handle situations where customers may be attempting fraud or abuse
  • Answer customer emails through Gorgias
  • Answer any live chat queries through Gorgias
  • Complete any administration tasks (Google Sheets/Docs)
  • Monitor Monday.com, call out tasks requiring completion, and create reports as needed

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Proficient in the use of Gorgias and Monday.com is a must
  • Excellent written communication abilities to convey warmth and professionalism
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and basic technical skills
  • Comfort managing high-volume inboxes and chat environments
