Job Description
Handle incoming calls and manage new patient inquiries
Conduct patient intakes and gather initial information
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
Explain clinic policies and procedures to new clients
- Assist with general administrative tasks
Coordinate with the insurance billing team to ensure smooth patient onboarding
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in customer service or healthcare administration
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Full-time position (8 hours a day, 4 days per week)
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Manage approximately 50-60 new patient interactions per week
Coordinate schedules for multiple clinic locations
