This is a remote position.Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and manage new patient inquiries

  • Conduct patient intakes and gather initial information

  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar

  • Explain clinic policies and procedures to new clients

  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with the insurance billing team to ensure smooth patient onboarding

Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience in customer service or healthcare administration

  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently

  • Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Scope:
  • Full-time position (8 hours a day, 4 days per week)

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Manage approximately 50-60 new patient interactions per week

  • Coordinate schedules for multiple clinic locations
