  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Flexible hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm (12:30 AM to 9:30 AM Manila Time) with 1 hr unpaid break.
  • Occasional weekend work for urgent tasks related to classes

Job Description
Join a thriving tennis academy as an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage office operations and coordinate staff rostering
  • Handle class scheduling and court bookings
  • Perform general admin work, including creating documents and maintaining records
  • Process enrollments, bookings, and inquiries
  • Assist with payroll and invoicing
  • Update coaching software and website content
  • Create marketing materials and manage social media

Requirements:
  • Experience in staff rostering and class scheduling
  • Strong skills in general administrative work and document creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva)
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
