- Manage office operations and coordinate staff rostering
- Handle class scheduling and court bookings
- Perform general admin work, including creating documents and maintaining records
- Process enrollments, bookings, and inquiries
- Assist with payroll and invoicing
- Update coaching software and website content
- Create marketing materials and manage social media
Requirements:
- Experience in staff rostering and class scheduling
- Strong skills in general administrative work and document creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva)
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
