OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to drive impactful digital advertising campaigns within the Commercial market segment. This role focuses on leveraging key paid channels to create and optimize campaigns, while working closely with cross-functional teams to measure success and refine strategies. As a key partner to the Marketing and Analytics teams, this position will blend strategic thinking with data-driven storytelling to demonstrate the value of marketing efforts throughout the funnel.

This is a part-time contractor position with potential for full-time contractor opportunities based on scope expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Media Lead to strategize, execute, manage, optimize, and report on targeted digital ad campaigns for the Commercial segment.
  • Oversee campaign setup, ongoing optimizations, and performance tracking.
  • Work across departments to align campaign strategies with overarching marketing goals and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets in collaboration with the program owner to ensure efficient spend.
  • Partner with Field Marketing, Digital Media, and Analytics teams to recommend and implement testing strategies, including A/B tests, message testing, and lift studies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing (agency or in-house), with a focus on SMB or Commercial segments.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and expertise in paid digital channels such as programmatic, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with data models and large datasets.
  • Ability to collaborate directly with clients or stakeholders while balancing their requirements effectively.
  • Background in analytical or operational roles (e.g., data management, data integration).
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Domo, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools such as Funnel.io, Five Tran, or Datorama.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
