Join our dynamic Marketing team as Paid Social Media Intern, where you'll leverage your passion for marketing and analytical skills to optimize campaigns, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our brand's success!

• You demonstrate drive for continuous learning and growth, coupled with proactive pursuit of development opportunities.

• You have a strong interest and knowledge in marketing, particularly social media.

• You can adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work settings.
• You feel comfortable working with data, employing an analytical mindset to derive insights and make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Being fluent German, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Czech, Portuguese or Dutch is a plus but not a must.

• Support the team in implementing initiatives in our paid social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube) to optimize the performance of our campaigns, increase incremental revenue, and strengthen our brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization as well as interesting insights and trends.
• Assist the team with our creatives management process to ensure we deliver the best ads by providing creative input and collaborating with designers and external partners.
• Co-manage ad accounts for some of our markets, which entails regular performance analysis and campaign implementation and optimizations.
• Follow the test and learn approach with the team to further advance the set up of our campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the paid social team as needed, including documentation, and file management.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in performance marketing.
