Full job description

You will be central to client engagements, working in partnership to conceptualise and design great studies that have a tangible impact on their brands or products in development.

What will I be doing?

Manage end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects with some supervision

Provide guidance, support and coaching to junior members of project team

Efficiently manage personal resources/workloads as well as those across the project teams

Support the development of client partnerships at the trusted advisor level

Contribute to design innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs

The role - All Research Supporting Officers who will be able to successfully manage the delivery of studies, begin to support team members and in turn build your own expertise in new areas.

  • Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Passion and keen interest in the healthcare sector

  • Experience with quantitative and/ or qualitative researchk

  • Previous experience with pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines highly preferred but we welcome candidates with experience in other fields.

  • Interest in working with a wide range of clients and across diseases

  • Ability to design research approaches

  • A Graduate degree in a relevant field,

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field

  • Strong leadership, teamwork skills, and client service orientation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (written and verbal), management skills, resourcefulness, flexibility, and creative problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity

  • Experience in Middle East or Africa region

  • Fluency in written and verbal English; fluency in written and verbal French or Arabic may be good, but not mandatory.
