Pre-Sales Engineer
Job Description
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to comprehensively understand their IT needs, challenges, and objectives and Conduct assessments to identify appropriate product solutions.
Solution Design: Utilize your technical expertise to design tailored solutions that align with client requirements. Leverage vendor configuration tools to create accurate and detailed quotes.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with sales teams to configure and build quotations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and capabilities. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, timely response to inquiries, and exceptional service delivery.Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Proven experience in a presales engineering role, preferably experience in a system integrator.
- Proven experience in configuring and quoting at least three of the following vendors: Dell, Huawei, HPE.XFusion,Aruba.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing vendor-specific configuration tools and understanding product.
- offerings to develop accurate quotes and tailored solutions.
- Strong technical background with expertise in networking.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
