As a Product Enablement Engineer at Fingerprint, you’ll have the opportunity to become a leading expert in our product and be the face of Fingerprint to our users as they sign up and experience the product for the first time. Each user has unique needs, and you will act as a trusted advisor, helping them effectively leverage our product to drive maximum impact for their business.

You will assist customers with onboarding, questions, feature requests, and bug reports. You'll educate them about best practices and help them navigate our API, integrations, and features. With this experience, you’ll be a liaison between the product team and our customers, amplifying the customer voice in product development and encouraging dialogue through our support channels.

What You'll Do
  • Perform 1:1 onboarding consultations with a variety of customers.
  • Model a wide range of use cases in which Fingerprint can drive business transformation across different industries.
  • Educate the user base on the nuances of the product to unlock value.
  • Build strong relationships, manage the self-service book of business, and generate expansion and upsell opportunities for the Fingerprint commercial sales team.
  • Increase user adoption and activation through training, consultations, demos, and office hours.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Fingerprint.
  • Serve as a liaison between the product team and our customers.
Who You Are
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, or technical support).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Empathetic by nature, with the ability to step into customers’ shoes.
  • Degree in Computer Science required.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Proficiency with Fingerprint, APIs, Javascript, Github, or Zendesk.
  • Strong written and verbal skills in Mandarin Chinese, and/or Brazilian Portuguese.
Compensation Range

$84,000 - $110,000 For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
