Remote Technology Legal Assistant
Job Description
The Matian Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team, and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote Technology Legal Assistant. Candidates must have excellent client-service attitude and case management skills. At least 2 years of retrieving records/emails and uploading/updating case management systems. In this role, the lead paralegal will participate in all aspects of our immigration law practice, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case preparation, review, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude.
- Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
- Experience with retrieving records/emails and uploading/updating case management systems.
- Utilize case management and billing systems
- At least 2 years of case management systems
- Client-service mindset and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
