Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our expansion in the US market. This role offers the opportunity to represent our comprehensive suite of project management solutions to diverse industries while building and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and pipeline management across multiple industries

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the US market

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers

  • Collaborate with our global team to customize solutions for client needs

  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and market insights

  • Work closely with our Kyiv-based technical teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B software/consulting sales experience

  • Proven track record in enterprise software or consulting services sales

  • Experience in project management software or consulting services preferred

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and digital transformation

  • Excellence in cross-cultural communication and virtual team collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $95,000 annually
