Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our expansion in the US market. This role offers the opportunity to represent our comprehensive suite of project management solutions to diverse industries while building and managing key client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead generation and pipeline management across multiple industries
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the US market
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
Collaborate with our global team to customize solutions for client needs
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and market insights
Work closely with our Kyiv-based technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
5+ years of B2B software/consulting sales experience
Proven track record in enterprise software or consulting services sales
Experience in project management software or consulting services preferred
Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and digital transformation
Excellence in cross-cultural communication and virtual team collaboration
Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Base Salary: $95,000 annually
