You're a Senior Data Analyst who wants to use your skills to do something good? How about helping change consumer behavior and open peoples eyes to the possibility of buying refurbed products instead of brand new?

• Ad-hoc analysis of requests from marketing department using BI tools or suitable programming languages (Python, R, SQL) Work closely with marketing teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet business needs.

• Lead the development and execution of marketing measurement initiatives (e.g., MMM, Multitouch attribution, Experiments, etc.). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in marketing measurement techniques.

Develop, implement, and manage tracking mechanisms for marketing campaigns Collaborate with AdTech partners to ensure accurate data collection and integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in analytics and BI tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, SQL)
• Experience with adtech platforms and marketing measurement techniques (e.g., MMM, multi-touch attribution)
• Expertise in tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-to-server (S2S) tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
• Proven track record of driving strategic impact through data-driven insights.
