EquipmentShare is Hiring an Service Program Coordinator

EquipmentShare is seeking a Service Program Coordinator to be responsible for developing strong programs in the service organization that can ensure faster and more effective execution of maintenance, inspections and increase equipment availability.

Primary Responsibilities

● Create a pipeline of improvement programs for equipment maintenance
● Start prioritizing the creation of a pilot plan for improving the existing inspections with a
few specific OEMs models and improve the quality of the questions, the effectiveness of
the list and the speed of execution. After the pilot expand to the rest of the fleet
● Create KPIs to measure - Execution time, Mean Time to Repair, Mean Time Between

Failures and Meant Time to Failure

● Create trends and confirm the improvements on the programs
● Utilize existing resources at the branches to engage proactively in the project
● Identify improvement opportunities in our T3 system that impacts the service programs
efficiency
● Identify improvement opportunities in the existing tool lists, and special tools needed to
improve efficiency
● Collaborate with OEMs to support the project
● Create a survey to find potential areas that are seen as challenging
● Create a space for continuous improvements identifying recurrent opportunities and
training needs, customer trends and OEMs trends.
● Refine and implement the methods, procedures, tools and policies to ensure high-quality
inspections are delivered to the stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

● 4 years Inspecting heavy equipment machines
● The ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously
educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services

● Must be extremely detail-oriented

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● The ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with OEMs and Operations

Education and Experience:

● High or Technical School

● Strong Maintenance, Technical Hydraulics and Electrics Knowledge
● A strong understanding of all aspects of service, parts, and warranty

● Experience in the field working with rental equipment
