In this role, you'll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, working alongside our VP of Marketing and agency partners. You'll develop, manage, and optimize strategies for our social media channels, SEM/SEO, and email marketing. Your work will drive demand for our therapy services, support recruitment efforts, and enhance our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms.

You'll be crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns for both new and existing centers, helping to attract clients and top talent alike. If you're a creative and strategic thinker with a knack for social media and digital marketing, we want you to help us make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be working on:

Digital Marketing Support:

- Social Media (focus area):

  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan tailored to each platform to increase brand awareness, attract clients, recruit employees, and foster relationships with referral sources.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with our brand voice and image, using the latest trends and tools to encourage authentic engagement.
  • Schedule content, engage with the community, track performance, conduct A/B testing, and integrate new trends into our content strategy.

- Paid and Organic Campaigns:

  • Assist VP of Marketing with managing Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Spotify, and CTV campaigns, with agency support.
  • Support the optimization of paid and organic digital marketing channels, assisting in content and creative development as needed.

- Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including drip campaigns, e-newsletters, internal/external communications, and center event promotions.
  • Segment email lists based on demographic data, behavioral patterns, and preferences to deliver personalized communications.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns regularly.

Project Management and Strategy Execution:

  • Coordinate and execute projects for the VP of Marketing and Director of Communications and Engagement, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments, vendors, and agencies.
  • Support client acquisition, recruitment, and internal/external communications by implementing marketing tactics, managing content across platforms, and adhering to deadlines.
  • Regularly update website, intranet, and online business listings on platforms like Google and Apple Business.
  • Provide thought leadership on marketing technologies, support digital marketing projects, compile data for monthly reports, and monitor campaign effectiveness.

Employee Advocacy and Engagement:

  • Support the execution and management of employee advocacy and social amplification efforts.
  • Assist with creating and distributing internal communications, managing milestone and recognition initiatives.
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing or communications, emphasizing digital marketing and content creation.
  • Social Media experience (paid and organic) across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Reddit
  • Effective project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications
Preferred (but not required!):
  • Background in Healthcare or Education/children-related fields
  • Familiarity with project management tools, like Click-up and email marketing platforms, such as ActiveCampaign, and CRMs
  • Experience with WordPress, or similar CMS, and basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of Paid Search, SEO and/or Email Marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in HTML, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and marketing automation tools
  • Certification in digital marketing or related disciplines is a plus.
