Job Overview:
The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in product marketing. This position reports to the SVP, Revenue Ops and Marketing.
What you'll do:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in the parking industry. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define product positioning, target audiences, and value propositions.
  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Lead product launch planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful product introductions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and engineering. Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Develop compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer feedback and market trends.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance. Present regular performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
