The Role:Events are a crucial part of Butter’s demand and GTM strategy. We’re looking for a skilled event manager to plan dynamic and engaging events to support and drive company revenue goals and customer advocacy. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized. They will be able to coordinate multiple moving parts under pressure and ensure that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption. Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and coordinate company events (e.g., Industry trade shows, hosted field events, partner events, and intimate executive dinners) Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress and results.
  • Plan and execute events for internal and external purposesExecute and manage the entire event from promotion, attendee acquisition, to follow-up. Work closely with the Sales and Business Development functions on pre- and post-event communications.
  • Trade Show management for national and international shows includes venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker management, invitees, logistics, AV & set up, registration, email blasts, swag requests, etc.
  • Regularly communicate deadlines and interdependency to ensure established milestones are metManage vendor relationships required to support programs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of channel marketing, partner enablement, field marketing or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Develop, track and manage program budgets; Generate metric and ROI analysis reporting on program effectiveness implementing Google-centric marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience and comfortability with working in the start-up environment (ability to hit the ground running).
