EquipmentShare is searching for an experienced Transportation Business Solutions Specialist. The TransportationBusiness Solutions Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Transportation department in the Equipment rental business. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and familiarization of the Transportation Vehicle business. Responsibilities will include analyzing various aspects of Transportation Management, providing optimization to operations and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. In addition this role will analyze data related to equipment utilization, TCO, fueling data, and preventative maintenance scheduling. The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the transportation performance and potential opportunities for cost avoidance. The successful candidate will assist in developing forecasting models to anticipate equipment demand and support decision making processes by providing actionable insights derived from data. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of both business objectives and fleet management practices.This role will play a crucial part of driving efficiency and profitability for the operating groups of the company. This position is fully remote.
