AI Tech Lead – Business Solutions

This is a remote position. For our client, a company specializing in business consulting, IT consulting, and advanced IT solutions since 2007, we're seeking a specialist for the position of AI Tech Lead - Business Solutions.
The company combines business and new technologies by leveraging the latest consulting methodologies, supported by process modeling methodologies and modeling tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate business challenges into AI use cases and actionable technical solutions.
  
• Collaborate on the development of an AI strategy that aligns with long-term organizational goals.
  
• Define and oversee the design of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they address business needs effectively.
  
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks that align with business objectives.
  
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate AI solutions and demonstrate their potential impact.
  
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and development to deployment and monitoring.
  
• Drive the exploration of innovative AI applications that can differentiate the organization in the market.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives focused on solving business challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
  
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
  
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
  
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  

PREFERRED:

• Experience in strategic consulting, product management, or a similar role focused on AI or technology-driven innovation.
  
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.
