Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing agency. In this position, you’ll be the linchpin that connects our diverse marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across multiple B2B SaaS clients. You’ll work closely with our team lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage project timelines, and coordinate efforts across various channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive deep into the world of B2B SaaS marketing, honing your skills in project management while contributing to the success of cutting-edge tech startups.
Responsibilities- Orchestrate and manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns for various B2B SaaS clients
- Collaborate closely with the team lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Coordinate and oversee the work of social media specialists, content writers, and other team members
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule
- Manage resources effectively across different projects and clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Monitor project progress and compile regular performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve potential issues or bottlenecks in project execution
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, offering insights based on project performance and industry trends
- Implement and maintain project management tools and processes to improve team efficiency
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring they’re integrated into ongoing projects
- Collaborate with the business development team to support pitches and proposals for new clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and SEO
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS landscape and current marketing trends
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the fast-paced environment of a growing agency
- Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
