About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring applications and lease agreements are processed
promptly and with a high level of accuracy. You will act as a vital link between leasing agents, landlords,
and tenants, fostering strong relationships and maintaining efficient communication. This position requires
exceptional multitasking skills, a proactive mindset to drive applications and leases forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Set Up and Management
- Prepare lease packages using Google Drive and DocuSign (bilingual: English/French).
- Set up accounts to ensure all involved parties are identified before initiating the lease process.
Application Management
- Serve as the first responder for new lease applications from the application inbox promptly.
- Populate and manage the application dashboard for ongoing visibility and tracking.
Agent and Document Accountability
- Ensure agents provide missing documents by following up and holding them accountable.
Landlord Coordination
- Submit completed applications to landlords for review.
- Follow up with landlords to obtain decisions on applications and ensure timely lease signing.
Documentation and Issue Resolution
- Review and correct lease errors to ensure accuracy.
Tenant Onboarding
- Oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for tenants, keeping agents accountable for its
completion.
Requirements
  • -Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive,DocuSign & Dochub.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Passion for real estate and a desire to help others.
  • Experience in lease management, client relations, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling negotiations and fostering relationships with landlords and agents.
