We’re looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our team and help us find amazing healthcare professionals to fill a variety of roles. • Find and engage with Women's healthcare professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
• Keep that candidate pipeline full and flowing. Always have a roster of qualified professionals ready to step in and save the day!
• Build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. You’re the go-to person they can trust, whether they’re seeking a new opportunity or looking to grow their team.
• Guide candidates through the entire process from start to finish. You’ll be the one offering advice, answering questions, and making sure everyone’s on the same page.
• You’ll use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop new ways to find and engage top-tier talent. We love fresh ideas!

• You're familiar with ATS systems! (Greenhouse experience a plus!)
